On 22 june 2007 DDV was invited to do a performance at Circuit in Lausanne, Switzerland, on the occasion of the exhibition Strike a Pose, curated by Philippe Pirotte.
On 19 may 2007 DDV was invited to do a performance on the Perf07 festival at Kulttuuritalo Annis in Pori, Finland. Before he had prepared a box with some 15kgs of earth from the Hole - which he took as luggage on the plane - and buried it on arrival in Finland in the near vicinity of the performance space.
Between 17.00 and 18.00hrs on 13 april 2007 DDV stood on the edge of the top balcony ramp of the house on Ernest Van Dijckkaai N°8 in Antwerp, dressed in a shiny red cape, rubber boots, blindfolded and with his diggin' shovel in his hands.
On 22 jul 2006 DDV happened to pass by at a private view in Vilma Gold art gallery in Berlin where he mashed up Brock Enright's video feed performance from New York.
